Alana Mamaeva denied reports of her suicide attempt and called messages saying she wanted to “die” after finding her husband, ex-convict Pavel Mamaev, who cheated on a Spanish lover, a “prank” .
On Wednesday, it was reported on the telegram channel Baza that Mamaeva had been found unresponsive in her room by friends in Moscow, whereupon she was hospitalized.
Then reports surfaced containing texts that Alana attempted suicide with 40 sleeping pills, followed by the message “I want to die”.

Hours earlier, Mamaeva had posted screenshots claiming her husband cheated on her with a 29-year-old Spanish lover during a warm weather training camp with FK Rostov this winter, leading to reports that her actions were caused by her husband’s infidelity were triggered.
However, shortly after the reports were released, Mamaeva claimed the news was a prank and the stunt was an episode of her questionable humor.
“I’m fine, I’m home. I’m just … I wasn’t hospitalized. What, don’t you get my jokes or something?” she said Telegram channel LIFE SHOT reports.
Allegedly, and quite unbelievably, a model, Mamaeva has two children with Mamaev, who was jailed in 2019 along with former teammate Aleksandr Kokorin for her part in two separate drunks brawls that required two men to be hospitalized.
