23-year-old Teofimo Lopez leaves one of the most noticeable feats of his short career with a knockout from Richard Commey to win the International Boxing Federation title. A straight right dropped Commey to the mat in the second round, and referee David Fields ended the bout at 1:13 with Lopez continuing to punish his practically defenseless opponent.

The Brooklyn-born co-artist, known for his eye-catching post-fight celebrations, had won five straight games, including two in the first round, before a unanimous decision against Masayoshi Nakatani at MGM National Harbor last year made changes in his training camp routine performed well as did his diet.
