Things didn’t go so well for the Baltimore Ravens as many of their team members contracted the coronavirus, including some players and coaches.
Hot New Hip Hop claims the team was supposed to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but they had to postpone the game because of the number of players infected with the virus. The game was then postponed to Sunday.
However, a new report from multiple outlets says the game will be released a full week in advance after it was revealed that Lamar Jackson was also infected with the coronavirus. Jackson is just the newest player to sign.
In addition, four other players got it today, and Jackson was just one of them. As most know, this wouldn’t be the first time a celebrity has caught COVID-19. The NBA, NFL, and other sports leagues have had multiple outbreaks since the pandemic began.
The virus has also hit the Hollywood movie scene, including people like Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson who were arguably the first celebs to get clean with their coronavirus contraction.
Back in March, the couple posted a joint post on Instagram saying they caught him while filming in Australia. Not long after, many other stars came out to say they caught it, including the likes of Rachel Matthews, Idris Elba, Kevin Hart, Colt Underwood, and others.
Some made fun of it, including Kevin who said he caught it around the same time as Tom Hanks, but Tom was way more famous than him so he didn’t say anything. Kevin joked about it during a private stand-up set with a celebrity.
While most celebs managed to beat the coronavirus, Nick Cordero, the Broadway actor, was one who didn’t. Cordero died in early summer after a grueling battle with the virus that lasted many months. Doctors had tried to fight the disease in a number of ways, including floppy amputation, installing a pacemaker, and more.
