Ryan Reynolds finally managed to respond to a fan letter sent to him after the first Deadpool was released, which is celebrating its fifth anniversary in the market.
A fan named Hunter sent the letter on March 10, 2016, allegedly as part of an English class. In it, Hunter asked for advice on being “more badass like you”.
Reynolds’ March 16, 2016 response offered some solid advice. “Commit to one thing. For me it’s acting. No messing around with random endeavors like other celebrities. “
Reynolds sold its Aviation Gin for $ 610 million in 2020. In response, he also stated that “Acting and I are like Tom Brady and New England: together forever”.
Brady just won the Super Bowl in his first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, more than 1,300 miles from New England.
But, as Reynolds noted in his caption, “the tweet is still going on. Most of time.”
Five years later, I’m still in awe of Deadpool fans. Hunter wrote this letter to me after #Deadpool came out and somehow my reply never got sent. Holds. Most of time. pic.twitter.com/xYh1XChIb3
