The Tiger Woods car accident occurred on a road known for high speeds and prone to accidents. The LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva announced this at a press conference on Tuesday.

Police officers said there was no evidence that the 45-year-old tried to slow down his Genesis SUV prior to the incident.
