TSR Exclusive: About a month before his next hearing, G Herbo recently petitioned through his lawyer to change the terms of his release so that he can communicate with both his team and his half-brother.

To keep you updated, G Herbo was charged on a federal fraud case last December. He and some of his staff are charged with using stolen ID to make luxury purchases of more than $ 1 million. Although he maintains his innocence, Herb surrendered to the authorities and was released shortly afterwards.

Herb’s release had several conditions, including a list of people he cannot communicate with. According to federal documents received from The Shade Room, Herb is trying to change that quickly as he asked a federal court this week to change the list and remove six names, including his manager, business associate, tour manager and his own half-brother.

It’s a fair request, considering that another condition for his release is to keep employment and it would be quite difficult for him to continue making music and doing business without being able to speak to some of these people .

“In order to meet the terms of his release and to continue his work in the music and entertainment industry, it is necessary and essential that Wright be allowed to contact Joseph Bowden, Diandre Davis, Kimberly Fernandez, Mykkel Nance and Deandre Woods about anyone directly involved in his work involved ”read the documents.

Herbert’s attorney also noted that Kimberly Fernandez is G Herbo’s aunt and part-time assistant and Cecil Davis is his half-brother.

Also on the government’s “no contacts” list is Cecil Davis, Wright’s half-brother. Wright and Davis are potential guests at the same family events, so Wright respectfully requests that he contact Davis, ”his attorney wrote.

Well, the judge on his case, Judge Katherine A. Robertson, appears to agree with the reasons listed for allowing the motion.

Herb, who is soon expecting his second child with his girlfriend Taina Williams, will be on trial again in early May. We’ll keep you up to date!
